What VaxLine is
A video consultation with a pediatric infectious diseases specialist about vaccines for children, during pregnancy, and for travellers of all ages, followed by a written vaccine plan by email or WhatsApp.
What it is not
- Not for illness, a reaction after a vaccine, or an emergency. In these situations see a doctor in person or go to the nearest hospital.
- Not a vaccination service. Vaccines are given by your own doctor or clinic, who remains responsible for giving them.
- Not a replacement for your own doctor, pediatrician or obstetrician.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that the consultation is about your own pregnancy or travel, and that the information you give is accurate and complete. Advice depends on it.
Fees, changes and refunds
- The fee is shown on the booking page and is paid before the consultation. Calls can be booked up to 2 hours before the start time.
- You may change your call time once, up to 2 hours before it, using the link in your booking email.
- If we cancel, you may choose another time or receive a full refund.
- If you miss the call without notice, the fee is not refunded.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
Limits of the advice
Advice is based on the information you provide and the guidance available at the time of the consultation. Recommendations change, and a video consultation cannot include an examination. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the fee paid.
