Effective from 2026

VaxLine is a vaccine advice service for children, pregnancy and travellers of all ages, by video consultation. This page explains what we collect and how we look after it. Contact: contact@vaxline.in.

What we collect

Children's information and consent

Information about a child is given to us by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms this when booking. We use it only for that child's consultation. Adults booking for their own pregnancy or travel give their own consent.

How we use it

To hold your video consultation, write your vaccine plan, reply to your follow-up question and keep a medical record of the consultation. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Who sees it

The VaxLine specialist, and the providers that run the service for us: Netlify (website and booking form), Google (email, calendar and Google Meet), Razorpay (online payments) and, if you contact us or choose a call on it, WhatsApp. Video calls are not recorded. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Consultation records are kept in our Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Drive), protected by two-step sign-in. Booking form entries are deleted from the website host once they are saved there. We keep consultation records for 3 years, as medical record rules require, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@vaxline.in. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are deleted when that period ends.
